Cemetery campaign nears matching fund deadline

The Brookfield Cemetery Preservation Fund is in its last month of fundraising to match a $25,000 donation. Another $8,500 is needed to make our goal. The matching donations must be obtained by May 1. We must raise the total amount or the match will not happen. Please help us to preserve our town's cultural heritage and historic landscape.

Last month, we received two very generous donations. Marsha and John Woodard, third-generation owners of our town's Woodard's Garage, donated $500. Mrs. Louise Means continues her generosity to our community with a much appreciated donation of $3,000. Louise has always shown her love for Brookfield and its people through her generosity. We thank all who have given to this worthy cause.
