Council plans Christmas festivities The Christmas tree lighting at the gazebo on Town Common will take place on Dec. 4 at 5 p.m. As always, Santa will be there to hand out holiday sweets to the tots. The Brookfield Cultural Council's annual holiday decorating contest will be held again this year on Sunday, Dec. 18. Judging will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. Please submit entries to the Cultural Council by Dec. 1. Entry forms can be found in the November Citizen and at various establishments around town. All participants will receive a free gift for entering. |
