LETTERS TO THE EDITOR

An Outstanding Planner

To the Editor:

I learned recently that the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission presented an award for Outstanding Service to Robert S. Phillips, CMRPC Alternate, Town of Brookfield, in recognition of his outstanding service and dedication to the advancement of regionalism as an active member of the Commission's Executive and Transportation Planning Committees.

This was done at CMRPC's Annual Meeting on June 9th at the Holiday Inn in Worcester.

Congratulations to Robert!

Thanks, St. Hilaires

To the Editor:

On behalf of The Blanchard Means Foundation, I would like to thank so very much, Janice and Henry St. Hilaire from Connecticut. They are brave pioneers and our first long-term “Volunteers in Residence” at Elm Hill. Successful businesspeople coming out of a six-year retirement, they are giving of their time and talent over the summer months to give a boost to the efforts of the staff here at Elm Hill. Their energy, enthusiasm and expertise will surely kick start things for us in a big way. Welcome, Janice and Henry! I hope you come to love Brookfield and Elm Hill as much as I have!
