Salem Cross Dinner Series covers ABC’s of
cooking
The ABC’s of Cooking & Wine, a new multi-course dinner
series, continues at at the Historic Salem Cross Inn. A wine connoisseur
will recommend wines appropriate to each course. A demonstration
by the chef, similar to those offered at the Summer Herb Sampler
Dinners, will be included. Bring your sense of adventure, enthusiasm
and appetite. Return each week for a new cooking and wine adventure
with the chefs at Salem Cross Inn.
Friday, April 1: Fireplace cooking, featuring chicken
Friday, April 8: Using winter herbs, featuring tenderloin of beef
Friday, April 22: John White’s game dinner, featuring venison
loin
Arrive at 6:30 p.m., demonstration begins at 7 p.m. and dinner
is served at 7:30 p.m. A limited number of tickets are available.
